Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), did the relevant Council, NZTA, or any Minister consider or approve using any non-transport funding source to replace or supplement transport funding for Wairoa cycling programme (stage one routes) and bikes in schools, if so, who initiated this and on what advice?
