57070 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), did the relevant Council, NZTA, or any Minister consider or approve using any non-transport funding source to replace or supplement transport funding for State Highway 1 intersections and safe crossings upgrades (four sites), and State Highway 1 Shared Path, if so, who initiated this and on what advice?
