Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), did any Minister make, alter, accelerate, or override funding or approval decisions for State Highway 1 intersections and safe crossings upgrades (four sites), and State Highway 1 Shared Path, if so, did those decisions align with or depart from agency advice?
