Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), after CERF implementation funding was withdrawn in December 2023, did any Minister or agency facilitate or consider alternative funding arrangements for Hastings - Accessible neighbourhoods (creating walkable neighbourhoods), and were any concerns raised about delivery risk, costs, or precedent?
