Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), was Te Papa Spatial Plan (TPSP) (PACKAGE F-L) given any accelerated processes, special exemptions, or deviations from standard NZTA prioritisation or assessment criteria, and were comparable opportunities offered to other councils with similar projects?
