Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), was Christchurch walkable neighbourhoods - Linwood healthy streets area improvements and 3 improvement programmes (Linwood and Woolston, Linwood village, Bromley Road). given any accelerated processes, special exemptions, or deviations from standard NZTA prioritisation or assessment criteria, and were comparable opportunities offered to other councils with similar projects?
