Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: Does the Minister share the concerns of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) 'that recent developments, particularly the disestablishment of the Māori Health Authority, risk further marginalizing Indigenous peoples and ethnic communities and undermining their access to timely, culturally appropriate and equitable health services.' and if so why and if not why not?
