56793 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to WPQ 55130 (2025), was Lansdowne to Kuripuni Cycle Facilities given any accelerated processes, special exemptions, or deviations from standard NZTA prioritisation or assessment criteria, and were comparable opportunities offered to other councils with similar projects?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. Projects that did not receive implementation funding through Transport Choices did not receive any special considerations in the National Land Transport Fund prioritisation process and were subject to the same assessment process as all other projects.
