Hon Matt Doocey: I refer the Member to the Cabinet Office circular on the consultation arrangements for this Government: https://www.dpmc.govt.nz/publications/co-24-2-national-act-and-new-zealand-first-coalition-government-consultation-and-operating-arrangements. Papers remain confidential until they have been considered by Cabinet. I am advised that titles of advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Social Development website. I am further advised there are regular communications between Ministerial Offices discussing a range of topics. I do not believe it is a good use of resource to list these.
