56606 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: What is the total spending on the hiring of plants by entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), that between 27 November 2023 and May 2025, it spent $8,520.16 (excluding GST) on plant hire. In May 2025, the Ministry relocated to Te Iho, where plant hire is now managed by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as part of its building maintenance responsibilities. Please refer to the attached document for a month-by-month breakdown of this expenditure.
