Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many “build-ready development” agreements has the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development signed with developers since 1 January 2025 and for each agreement, how many homes were to be delivered and what was the agreed completion date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry that no underwrite or pre-purchase agreements have been signed since 1 January 2025.
