56555 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Were the 30 flats purchased by of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in Wellesley Road in Napier intended to be counted toward the 1,500 social homes funded in Budget 2024 and if so, have those 30 vacant flats been counted in the Ministry’s reports of homes delivered toward that 1,500 target?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. These places have not been counted toward the 1,500 homes funded through Budget 2024.
