Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter April to June 2024 toward implementing the recommendation ‘Explore the role of the Te Whatu Ora portfolio managers in supporting implementation’ under ‘Recommendations for HealthCERT and other stakeholders’ in the ‘Ngā Paerewa Implementation Evaluation’ independent report?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that no progress was made toward this recommendation in the quarter April to June 2024. Health NZ have supported implementation of Ngā Paerewa for many of their providers where possible.
