56407 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 38561 (2025), what was the result, if any, for SPE 1.2 – “Customer satisfaction with tenancy and Customer Support Centre interactions” for the July – September 2025 quarter?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that for the Statement of Performance Expectations for 2025/26, this question is now SPE 1.4 and asks tenant satisfaction with Customer Support Centre Interactions. The result for the July - September 2025 quarter was 90%.
