56385 (2024). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for Children: Which service providers, if any, listed by name, have received transitional funding to wrap up a service and move clients to another provider?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that providers are receiving payments in line with their contract and notice periods. I am further advised that, given these plans are flexible, the extent of any further funding required will not be known until the plans are finalised and closed. These plans are commercially sensitive and releasing this information may prejudice their position in relation to these discussions.
