Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki has received more than 50 draft transition plans. These transitional plans are not finalised and are intended to be flexible and subject to change, where required. I am further advised that these plans are commercially sensitive and releasing this information may prejudice their position in relation to these discussions and therefore cannot be named at this time.
