56377 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What briefings, advice, aide memoires, emails, text messages, memorandums and any other form of communication, broken down by title and date, did the minister, or their departments, if any, send or receive to the Minister of Finance or Minister for Public Services as part of proposing 'savings' as part of the 'baseline savings exercise'?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Ministers received the Budget 24 invitation letter [Fiscal Objectives Across The Term And Budget 2024 Expectations] from the Minister of Finance on 21 December 2023. The Minister of Climate Change and I submitted Budget 2024 Ministerial Submission Letters for Environment and Climate Change appropriations to the Minister of Finance on 16 February 2024. The Ministry for the Environment has released Budget 2024 related briefings and associated material which will soon be available on its website.
