Hon David Seymour: The written advice I received from the Ministry of Education regarding the effects of bullying on school attendance is listed below by date and title: • 25 March 2024 - Cabinet paper: Approach to improving attendance in schools. I have also discussed the very real issue of bullying with Principals of schools over my term as a Member of Parliament, and more recently as Associate Minister of Education. This answer does not cover members of my Office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
