Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Corrected reply: Ministerial Services have advised that the total amount spent on construction or remedial work at Premier House in the 2024/25 financial year is $356,866. This is broken down into the following; Phase one remedial works (includes interior painting and preparation, carpet replacement): $106,396. Premier House remedial work project (includes exterior scaffolding, building wrap, heating/cooling systems): $237,387 Reactive repairs (includes garage waterproofing and driveway repairs): $13,083
