56334 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: What is the total amount spent, if any, on construction or remedial work at Premier House in 2025/26 to date broken down by project?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Ministerial Services within the Department of Internal Affairs is currently undertaking a programme of remedial work at Premier House to address areas of the property that require urgent maintenance. This includes roof replacement, cladding repairs, full exterior repaint and functional improvements to staff and function areas. This remedial work is not yet complete and as such final costs have not been received
