Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Mental Health: What briefings, advice, aide memoires, emails, text messages, memorandums and any other form of communication, broken down by title and date, did the minister, or their departments, if any, send or receive to the Minister of Finance or Minister for Public Services as part of proposing 'savings' as part of the 'baseline savings exercise'?

Papers remain confidential until they have been considered by Cabinet. I am advised that titles of advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Health and Health New Zealand websites. I am further advised there are regular communications between Ministerial Offices discussing a range of topics. I do not believe it is a good use of resource to list these.
