56312 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of October 13th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received two fatality notifications between 13 and 19 October, none of which met WorkSafe's fatality reporting criteria.
