56311 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: What recommendations, if any, did Treasury make to the Minister in their Report 'T2024/1745: Kiwibank Competitiveness Considerations'?

Hon Nicola Willis: The report's recommendations included that I note the Commerce Commission’s recommendations relating to Kiwibank and agree to the development of a plan covering the options for Kiwi Group Capital Limited to raise additional capital for Kiwibank. The remainder of the recommendations in the report are under active consideration by Ministers and therefore it is not in the public interest to disclose them at this point.
