56300 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of November 17th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received three fatality notifications between 17 and 23 November, none of which met WorkSafe's fatality reporting criteria.
