56299 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of November 24th 2025?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received four fatality notifications between 24 and 30 November, of which two were confirmed as meeting WorkSafe's fatality reporting criteria.
