56290 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: What is the total cost, if any, associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, including any legal, administrative, or settlement-related expenditure, broken down by month?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that nothing has been spent. NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi does not centrally record NDAs in one place and so is unable to answer this question. I refer the Member to the response to Written Question 56276 (2025) for information relating to settlement payments.
