56287 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Associate Minister of Transport: How many Non-Disclosure Agreements, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or consultants in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon James Meager: CAA has advised that they have entered into 20 employment-related NDAs during this period. I am unable to provide a breakdown of settlement agreements entered by month as this would subvert section 148 of the Employment Relations Act 2000. This relates to the confidentiality around settlements. I am advised by MNZ and TAIC that no NDAs have been entered into during this period.
