Camilla Belich to the Associate Minister of Transport: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon James Meager: I am advised by CAA that non-disclosure agreements (NDA) have been used in cases related to medical issues, conduct/performance, personal grievances and employment disputes. I am advised by MNZ and TAIC that no NDAs have been entered into during this period.
