Camilla Belich to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: How many Non-Disclosure Agreements, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or consultants in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Information regarding Non-Disclosure Agreements is available on page 118 of the Sport New Zealand 2023/24 Annual Review, online at: https://www3.parliament.nz/resource/en-NZ/54SCSSC_EVI_c7606667-382d-4c9a-e6d2-08dd099ebac5_SSC10784/0d73d6d74fc692c1d0e79b7cd9d8b1f16771be24 The Sport New Zealand 2024/25 Annual Review, which contains information regarding Non-Disclosure Agreements will soon be publicly available. For the Sport Integrity Commission no Non-Disclosure Agreements have been used, but two settlements of employment disputes did contain standard confidentiality clauses.
