Camilla Belich to the Minister of Local Government: What is the total cost, if any, associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, including any legal, administrative, or settlement-related expenditure, broken down by month?

Hon Simon Watts: I refer the member to response to question 56253. As no non-disclosure agreements have been used since 27 November 2023 by the Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai, there are no associated costs.
