Camilla Belich to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What is the total cost, if any, associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, including any legal, administrative, or settlement-related expenditure, broken down by month?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand has incurred no costs associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in that time period.
