56213 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: Did the Minister's department, if any, have a chief science advisor as of 1 July 2024; and if not, are there any plans for future hire of a chief science advisor?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the Ministry for Pacific Peoples did not have a Chief Science Advisor as of 1 July 2024 and there are no current plans to employ one in the future.
