Camilla Belich to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister of Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, my officials tell me that Tourism New Zealand (TNZ) uses Non-Disclosure Agreements from time to time when they approach commercial partners that they are considering working with. The process is de-centralised and controlled by each team, so TNZ is not able to provide a breakdown by category.
