56202 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: Did the Minister's department, if any, have a chief science advisor as of 1 July 2023?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as at 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024 Police did not have a Chief Science Advisor. There are no known plans to hire a Chief Science Advisor in Police in the future. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office, The Serious Fraud Office has never employed a Chief Science Advisor and has no plans to hire a Chief Science Advisor. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 56216 (2024).
