Camilla Belich to the Prime Minister: What is the total cost, if any, associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, including any legal, administrative, or settlement-related expenditure, broken down by month?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was a departmental agency hosted by DPMC to 24 September 2025. My response includes NEMA information to 24 September 2025. I advise that no Non-Disclosure Agreements were entered in with DPMC and NEMA staff from 27 November 2023 to 1 December 2025.
