Camilla Belich to the Minister for Women: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I am advised, the Ministry for Women has not used non-disclosure agreements since 27 November 2023, though other agreements contain standard confidentiality clauses.
