56146 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, have departments received in order to construct their performance plans?

Hon Nicola Willis: The requirements and expectations for developing Performance Plans are set out in Cabinet Office Circular: CO (24) 04. As mentioned in this circular, a Treasury Circular was subsequently issued that provides further guidance.
