56086 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: What is the total cost, if any, of settlement agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon Chris Penk: Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) can report that the total cost of all settlement payment agreements reached since 27 November 2023 is $202,999.70, this includes any agreed settlement costs relating to legal fees and/or outplacement support. LINZ is unable to provide the information broken down by month to protect the privacy of the individuals, in line with the Stats NZ confidentiality standards.
