56085 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Justice: How many Non-Disclosure Agreements, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or consultants in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to attachment 1 for what I am advised are the number of Non-Disclosure Agreements used by Crown Entities for which I am responsible, since 27 November 2023. The number is not provided by month to protect confidentiality and the privacy of any people concerned.
