Camilla Belich to the Minister of Internal Affairs: How many Non-Disclosure Agreements, if any, have been entered into with employees, former employees, contractors, or consultants in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by month?

Hon Brooke van Velden: Department of Internal Affairs: I have been advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that no non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have been used since 27 November 2023. Fire and Emergency NZ: I refer the Member to the response to Written Parliamentary Question 56070 (2025). Film Classification Office: No NDAs have been used since 27 November 2023. Lotto NZ: I am advised that Lotto NZ hasn’t entered into any bespoke NDAs with employees outside of the standard non-disclosure/confidentiality clauses that are part of its settlement agreements, as per the answer to Written Parliamentary Question 56067 (2025).
