Hon Brooke van Velden: Department of Internal Affairs: I have been advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that no non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have been used since 27 November 2023. Fire and Emergency NZ: I am advised by Fire and Emergency New Zealand that no NDAs have been used since 27 November 2023. Film Classification Office: No NDAs have been used since 27 November 2023. Lotto NZ: No costs have been incurred in relation to the use of NDAs. The only NDAs Lotto NZ has used since 27 November 2023 are the default clauses within documents related to settled employment disputes and grievances.
