56070 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Health: How much funding, if any, has Te Whatu Ora allocated in the 2024/25 budget towards Holiday Act Remediation payments?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised funding for remediation payments for the Holidays Act is not budgeted in 2024/25 as this is received via Crown Equity and not part of the operational budget. Health New Zealand is working closely with the Ministry of Health on funding arrangements.
