Hon Brooke van Velden: Department of Internal Affairs: I have been advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that no non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have been used since 27 November 2023. Fire and Emergency NZ: I refer the Member to the response to Written Parliamentary Question 56070 (2025). Film Classification Office: No NDAs have been used since 27 November 2023. Lotto NZ: Non-disclosure/confidentiality clauses are a standard part of settled employment disputes and grievance.
