Camilla Belich to the Minister for Infrastructure: What is the total cost, if any, associated with the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, including any legal, administrative, or settlement-related expenditure, broken down by month?

Hon Chris Bishop: National Infrastructure Funding and Financing and Infrastructure Commission: Refer to the answer to Written Question 56061 (2025). Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID): I am advised that two Non-Disclosure Agreements were prepared by in-house CID legal staff using a standard template, so a specific cost was not recorded but would have been minimal.
