56055 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Housing: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it does not centrally compile data on the instances where non-disclosure agreements (NDA) are used. This is also my reply to parliamentary questions 56058 and 56066 (2025). The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development does not use Non-Disclosure Agreements.
