Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Climate Change: What private sector organisations, if any, listed by title, provided feedback to the Ministry for the Environment or the Independent Technical Advisory Group (ITAG) on the ITAG's draft green taxonomy recommendations for private sector feedback?
Hon Simon Watts: Public feedback and engagement on the Independent Technical Advisory Group (ITAG's) draft recommendations took place from 22 April to 5 May 2024, and was managed by Toitū Tahua: the Centre for Sustainable Finance. I am advised the following organisations submitted written feedback to the ITAG on their draft recommendations: BNZ, TIL Aotearoa, Mindful Money, Responsible Investment Association Australasia, Lake Taupō Forest Trust, Heliocene Post Growth Consultancy, Forsyth Barr, and Purpose Capital. I am advised the following organisations attended two public consultation webinars hosted by Toitū Tahua and were surveyed on their reactions to the ITAG's draft advice: 1. ANZ 2. ASB 3.
