Camilla Belich to the Minister of Finance: For what reasons, if any, have Non-Disclosure Agreements been used in each of the entities for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, broken down by category of issue (such as conduct, grievances, employment disputes, whistleblowing, or other)?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that providing the Member with this information would require the entities I am responsible for to undertake a substantial collation exercise due to the quantity of data requested which would take staff away from core duties. As such I consider that the time and hence the expense, of answering the Member's question is not in the public interest.
