Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Health New Zealand employees are asked from time to time to sign agreements for added assurance of confidentiality for a range of reasons relating to the sensitivity of the work they are involved with; particularly work related to commercially sensitive procurement where contracts and project details, such as those related to infrastructure projects, need to be held in strict confidence.
