56016 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 48092 (2024), when was the Chief Executive of Health New Zealand made aware of those 67 non-disclosure agreements, if at all?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the Chief Executive, having asked for agreements to be used for added confidentiality, did not expect reporting on implementation.
