56011 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to WPQ 48092 (2024), have any of Health New Zealand’s former board members signed non-disclosure agreements, if so, on what date were those agreements signed?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that former board members signed a non-disclosure agreement related to the Budget 24 process on various dates between 23 April 2023 and 16 July 2023.
